Mark Witsaman
Vice President, Product Engineering
Mark Witsaman joined Globalstar in 2020 as Vice President, Product Engineering. Prior to joining Globalstar, Mark served as VP, Digital Solutions and Software Engineering at Inmarsat until 2018 and as CTO, Inmarsat Maritime from 2013 through 2017. Prior to Inmarsat Mark was EVP and CTO for Globe Wireless.
Prior to joining Globe Wireless, Mark provided senior engineering leadership as Sr. Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Arch Communication, Sr. Vice President of Engineering at MobileComm/Bell South and as Vice President of Engineering at Glenayre Electronics.
Mark has a proven track record with over thirty years of executive engineering leadership experience, including more than 20 years in satellite communications and another 10 in the wireless communications industry.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Management from Nazareth College. He is a senior member of IEEE and holds 6 patents.
