Timothy E. Taylor serves as Vice President, Finance, Business Operations and Strategy of Globalstar. Mr. Taylor also serves as Vice President of The Thermo Companies, the majority owner of Globalstar. In his capacity at Globalstar, Mr. Taylor helps oversee the Company’s satellite operations in addition to providing assistance with spectrum policy before the FCC and other international regulators. Mr. Taylor also oversees Globalstar’s relationships with its senior lenders, investor base and research analyst group.

Before joining the Company in 2010, Mr. Taylor was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Brown Brothers Harriman where he focused primarily on buy-side, sell-side and capital raising activities in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
